Before we design or price anything, we help you understand the choices that shape the project: decking, railing, framing, fasteners, shade, drainage, maintenance, warranties, code realities, site limitations, and the little details that can become expensive if ignored.

3. design

We work through layout, structure, stairs, railing, shade, drainage, materials, maintenance, traffic flow, and buildability before pretending a quick number is a real plan.

4. propose

We walk through the design, product choices, scope, options, exclusions, allowances, timeline expectations, payment terms, so there's no surprise pricing when the job is done.

5. brand it

The Deckmasters plaque goes on for a reason. After completion, we follow up, send the thank-you, request feedback, and check back after the project has had a little time to live in the real world.
